Data Retention Policy

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes in the Privacy Policy.
1. Website and CMS

2. Shopify apps

3. After uninstall
Target: delete or anonymize shop data on our systems within 48 hours, up to 30 days maximum (legal holds or DPA terms).
4. Early deletion requests
Merchants or individuals: email luche.staff@gmail.com — confirmation within 30 days.
