- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Description of the copyrighted work.
- URL of the allegedly infringing material on our site.
- Your contact information (address, email, phone).
- A good faith statement that use is not authorized.
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- (US) Consent to jurisdiction of federal courts.
2. Counter-notification
If you believe content was removed in error, send a counter-notification under DMCA §512(g) — we may forward it to the original complainant.
3. Themes and code
Our theme and app code is separately licensed — do not copy merchant catalogs without permission. Merchants are responsible for media they upload to their stores.
4. Processing time
Target response 5–10 business days; clear infringement may be removed sooner.
