By accessing https://bliseco.com or using products and services from Bliseco - Tips & Trick (Bliseco - Tips & Trick), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- “We”: Bliseco - Tips & Trick / Bliseco - Tips & Trick.
- “You”: a visitor, merchant who installs an app, or a client of consulting/theme services.
- “Services”: the website, documentation, Shopify apps, themes, and contracted implementation work.
2. Website use
- Provide accurate information when contacting us.
- Do not attack, unlawfully scrape, spam, or violate Acceptable Use.
- Do not reverse-engineer apps except where law or Shopify permits.
3. Shopify apps
- Apps distributed via the Shopify App Store follow the Partner Program Agreement and App Store requirements.
- Paid apps use the Shopify Billing API — see App Billing.
- Merchants are responsible for app configuration and data protection laws in their markets.
4. Intellectual property
- App code, themes, documentation, and branding belong to us or licensors.
- You receive a license to use per App Store terms or a separate contract — no resale or redistribution of source code.
- Themes are installed only via the Shopify Theme Store or channels we publish (Shopify policy 1.1.3).
5. Consulting and custom themes
Scope, timeline, payment, and deliverables are defined in a separate proposal or contract. These Terms supplement, not replace, project agreements.
6. Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee revenue, SEO rankings, or compatibility with every third-party theme or app.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by third parties (Shopify outages, hosting). Total liability (if any) is limited to fees you paid for the relevant service in the 12 months before the event.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend access for serious violations. Uninstalling apps on Shopify follows Shopify’s process and Uninstall & Data.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [insert country/state], unless a separate contract states otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
